Quarantine Requirements -
Your customs service will usually require a phyto sanitary certificate and this will cost Aud$150.  They will also have other requirements, eg treatment for pests, what type of potting mix is allowable, whether plants need to be bare-rooted, prohibited plants, whether you need an import permit, etc.   All this is listed on your country's Quarantine Service Website.  Some sites are listed below for your information.

Courier Service -
This is a door to door courier service and includes customs handling and processing costs but not any import duties or charges that may be chargeable in your country.   Travel time is 2-3 days and we have found most of the plants on our lists can travel at least 5-6 days when barerooted and 10-12 days when in their pots.  (Our standard plants are grown in round pots 75mm diameter and 130mm deep)
In pots or bare-rooted?
If plants are sent in pots with soiless composted bark mix, there are 3 plants per Kg.   If the plants are bar-rooted as your import permit may require, there are approximately 6-7 plants per Kg depending on what type of plant.   We would quote you.   Bare-rooted plants have their roots dipped in water crystals and then indiviually sealed in plastic bags.   There is a surcharge on bare-rooted plants of 50 cents each.   All plants are then packed in shredded paper in cardboard cartons.
Minimum Order -
Our minimum plant order is Aud$300 plus the Freight and Phytosanitary Certificate Charges.   You will need to check with your authorities for any permits required and plants allowed to be imported.
Payment -
Payment is required at least 5 days prior to dispatch.
