QUEEN SIRIKIT BOTANICAL GARDENS IN THAILAND

...........We make all the Worlds Gorgeous Plant Creations Available to You.....

Travel with us to the Queen Sirikit Botanical Gardens in the north of Thailand.

The religion in Thailand is predominanly Buddhist & it is practised....nearly all young men serve as monks for various periods. The Buddhist Monks chanting in their temple are not in Thailand but Laos. But we thought it a nice intro for you & it is only next door & the religious practises similar.

Just left click & the monks will stop & you can see the rest of the slide show.

The Gardens are only 40 minutes by road from Chiang Mai. A cabbie will drive you around all day if you wish for about US$40 and he will take you there & wait for a few hours while you visit. Alternatively find accommodation near the Gardens & spend a couple of days on the walking trails & plant houses. Chiang Mai itself is an interesting place but quite touristy these days. In Thailand its safe to get off the beaten track. Soon we will show you footage of our stay in a village called Bantak 2 hours south of Chiang Mai near the Burmese border.
